Please check your tracking number regularly to ensure your parcel is moving as expected.
If there is a delivery issue (e.g., delays, lost packages, or return-to-sender), notify us as soon as possible so we can help resolve it.
Please contact your local carrier first for delivery issues before requesting assistance from us.
⚠️ If you do not contact us and the parcel is returned or lost, we cannot be responsible for any losses or delays.
Address Responsibility
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
If the item is returned to us and needs to be re-shipped, the buyer is responsible for all re-shipping costs.
Carrier Responsibility
Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, the shipping process is under the responsibility of the carrier.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, import processing, or other factors outside our control.
Lost / Seized / Destroyed Parcels
Undeliverable parcels that are destroyed, abandoned, or disposed of by the carrier or customs authorities are not eligible for refunds beyond the coverage provided by the shipping carrier's insurance.
If a package is seized or destroyed by customs authorities, compensation is limited to the amount covered by the shipping carrier's insurance.
Shipping insurance coverage is limited to the amount provided by the carrier. The store is not responsible for losses beyond this coverage.

All items sold at susurrus.world are secondhand or vintage. Signs of wear, fading, or minor imperfections are normal and should be expected.
By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to all store policies.
Import Duties & Taxes
